Pricing options

Option 1

Full-Service Property Management

8% or 10% Monthly Management Fee

Our full-service management is designed for investors who want a truly hands-off experience while maximizing long-term performance.

We only charge four straightforward fees, and that’s it.

Our Fees Explained

One-Time Initial Setup Fee
$499 (charged at onboarding)

Tenant Placement Fee
50% of one month’s rent

Charged each time a new lease is signed
Deducted from the first month’s rent collected

Lease Renewal Fee
$100 flat fee per renewal

Monthly Management Fee

10% of monthly rent
Reduced to 8% for owners with multiple properties under management

What You Won’t See

No maintenance upcharges
No repair coordination fees
No renewal percentage fees
No administrative or “miscellaneous” owner fees

Tenant Placement Only

One Month’s Rent

For owners who prefer to self-manage but want professional leasing support, we also offer Tenant Placement Only services.
