Rental qualifications for Ridgewood Run, Chester SC - ONLY
- Application Fee: $99 (non-refundable)
- Documents Required:
- Valid photo ID
- Proof of income (most recent pay stubs or other verifiable documents)
- Rental references covering the past 3 years
Financial Criteria
- Minimum income must equal 2.5Ă— the monthly rent
(Example: $2,062/month in income for $825 rent) - Security deposit + first month’s rent required before move-in
Payment accepted via wire transfer only — no checks, cash, or money orders. - Alternative Option: Security deposit may be waived in exchange for a higher monthly rent of $875/month (additional $50/month).
- A signed lease is required to hold the property.

Applicant Guidelines
- Every person aged 18 or older must submit a separate application.
- All intended occupants must be listed on the application.
Failure to do so can result in denial or fines, even after move-in. - We recommend touring the property in person prior to applying.
- Homes are rented AS-IS unless otherwise agreed to in writing before signing the lease.
- Confirm all important details (utilities, pet policy, etc.) before submitting your application.
Resident Benefits Package (RBP)
All residents are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package at $10.95/month, which includes:
