Rental qualification guidelines

Documents Required:

Valid photo ID
Proof of income (most recent pay stubs or other verifiable documents)
Rental references covering the past 3 years

Financial Criteria

Minimum income must equal 2.5× the monthly rent
(Example: $2,937.50/month in income for $1,175 rent)
Security deposit + first month’s rent required before move-in
Payment accepted via wire transfer only — no checks, cash, or money orders.
A signed lease is required to hold the property.

Credit Standards

550-575	Accepted with strong rental history

Evictions	None within the last 2 years or application will be denied

Applicant Guidelines

Every person aged 18 or older must submit a separate application.
All intended occupants must be listed on the application.
Failure to do so can result in denial or fines, even after move-in.
We recommend touring the property in person prior to applying.
Homes are rented AS-IS unless otherwise agreed to in writing before signing the lease.
